What we do

We provide many services for YOUR next event. We supply equipment for gala events, conferences, trade shows, expos, networking events and any large event or small. We supply sound equipment including hand-held and lapel microphones,  PA speakers, Lighting, Smoke Machines to name a few. We regularly work with event co-coordinators and function centres to provide what you need. YOU can be confident that your decision to use our services will compliment YOUR event and YOU will be happy with our abilities.

Do you offer MC services?

Yes, here at Muzic-4-U we are trained MC’s and are happy to offer our services for your next conference or event.

Does your price include setup and bump out?

Yes, we contact your venue (if applicable) and organise when we are able to setup – we have a great relationship with many venues and can sometimes even setup the day before – you don’t pay for this.

Do you charge a deposit? and when is the balance due?

Yes, we do. We are extremely busy, and you need peace of mind that you have booked our services. We also present and require you to sign a contract.

Do you require a meal during the Event?

Generally, yes. It may be a requirement due to the duration and time of the event eg 5pm until midnight.

What is the minimum time charged?

Please discuss with us if there is a minimum time charged for your conference or event.
